The room was like a dream with a king-sized bed and a beautiful marble bathroom. The deep soaking tub and rain shower made me feel pampered and relaxed. Everything felt luxurious and comfortable, it was just perfect for a low-budget traveller like me.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly for my liking, but others might appreciate it.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted with the really good customer service we received from Muddasar and Suzette. They were great too make our stay nice and deserve special recognition from the hotel. The room service staff were fast and thorough, our needs were met promptly. The hotel's location was perfect, with a shopping mall, metro station, and numerous dining options within walking distance. We also loved the tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean room, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious retreat.

We were disappointed as it meant we couldn't use the wifi or any electrical appliances in the room.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 4 days and found it to be an excellent choice. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and always smiling, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious Asian dishes, perfect for lovers of Asian cuisine. The spa on the roof is also worth a visit, especially for a relaxing Thai massage. it was a great value for money and I would definitely return for the amazing food.

Chose this hotel for attending a conclave and was impressed by their variety of meeting and event spaces. All facilities were modern and well-equipped, facilitating seamless discussions and presentations.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of complimentary high-speed internet, which I believe would significantly enhance productivity for business travelers.

We enjoyed the luxurious amenities of this hotel. the service was excellent, and the spa facilities were top-notch. Our favorite part was the outdoor swimming pool, which had a stunning view. We spent hours lounging on the sunbeds and enjoyed snacks from the poolside bar. the food at the restaurant was delectable, and we appreciated the special diet menus available.

the hotel's location can be a bit noisy at times, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at a hotel that was really close to both the metro station and bus station - it was so convenient for exploring the city! There were lots of great shops and restaurants nearby, including Hanabi. I loved the room and bathroom, which were really clean and comfortable, and the service was great too. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of facilities like a pool and gym that I made good use of.

There was one issue with the mini bar that made check-out a little unpleasant.

I loved the hotel facilities, including the cold & hot tubs, sauna, and the shower in my room. The location was perfect too, as it was just a few steps away from Salah al din Metro station and also close to various restaurants and nightclubs. the breakfast provided a variety of Korean food options, including nice kimchi.

The rooftop pool was a great place to take a break and the homemade desserts made me leave with a full belly and a smile. The executive chef took me on a journey of Korean cuisine.

Just loved everything in this hotel, I'm so picky but I have never seen a single thing that I didn't like. What a disappointment!

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped with a local taxi number on my first visit. It suits me perfectly and has Free Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness studio, and more. I'll be back for Xmas!

It's right by the metro and only a stone's throw from Reef Mall, making it super convenient to get around with the family and find great dining options. Plus, the variety of food at breakfast was fantastic.

My children wanted a cleaner pool for a more enjoyable swim experience.

The restaurant staff provided great service and were very accommodating to my dietary requirements, even making a special dish for me.

I also appreciated the hotel's convenient accessibility for senior people, with wide doorways and easily reachable amenities.

I would ask for more assistance from the children working there for senior guests, ensuring they are proactive in providing support and guidance to make the vacation even more enjoyable.

Great location near public transportation, malls, and restaurants. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sizable, comfortable rooms with good showers. Authentic Asian cuisine at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Perfect for short stays in the city.

The rooftop swimming pool provided the perfect escape from the bustling city below. It felt like a hidden oasis, where I could relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the panoramic views of Dubai. It was a delightfully refreshing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated.
